
About this Event
Everyone has a chance to make their own flour tortillas in class, and eat them too, as we make some tacos for a full dinner at the end of the class. They are so good and easy to make, you'll see why flour tortillas are king in northern Mexico where I'm from.
We will also make fillings of our tacos: grilled short-rib tacos and queso fundido for our dinner, and of course we have to make salsa verde.
A craft drink is included, from our host Southen Brewery (non-alcoholic drinks also available).
