Toronto Nature School Spring Cleanup at Leuty Beach

Join TNS for a community Spring Clean-Up at Leuty Beach in the Toronto Beaches. This gathering is an opportunity for families, children and community members to come together to care for the land, spend time outdoors, and build connections with one another and the natural spaces we share.

We will be meeting at the Leuty Beach grassy area near the pavilion, and the event will run rain or shine, so please come dressed for the weather. We will begin with a short welcome before heading out to help clean the shoreline. Together, we will care for the beach while learning about our responsibility to protect local ecosystems and waterways. This event is rooted in our values of environmental stewardship, community connection, and place-based learning.

All clean-up supplies will be provided, with support from our community partner Little Something Good. Snacks and simple nature-based activities will be available throughout the afternoon, making this a welcoming event for all ages.

We invite you to join us in giving back to the land and connecting with community by the lake. 🌿
