Join us for a high-energy K-pop workout designed to help you move, sweat, and connect with other girls in Toronto.
About this Event

Hosted by UTSC graduates Yumi (certified personal trainer) and Nesta (fitness girly), this K-pop workout is a fun and welcoming space to move, sweat, and connect with other girls in Toronto.
What to expect:
  • fun icebreaker
  • guided warmup
  • 30mins high energy workout (10min glute workout + 10min intense HITT + 10min core workout)
  • Cooldown stretch
  • Giftbags with coupons and goodies from small business owners

This event is designed as a safe and welcoming space for girls who enjoy fitness, K-pop, and meeting new people.

Spots are limited to 15 Girlies to keep the experience intimate and interactive.

Meet Your Hosts
Yumi

Yumi is a certified personal trainer and fitness creator who shares her workout journey and training tips online. She is passionate about helping women feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in the gym.

Through her content, she encourages busy women, especially 9 to 5 girlies, to find joy in movement and build routines that support both physical and mental well-being.

Nesta

Nesta is a UTSC graduate in Arts and Media Management and is passionate about community building and creative projects. She works in programming supporting initiatives that uplift Black film and television professionals through the BSO. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, K pop, crochet, and creating spaces where people can connect and share experiences.

Why We Created This

We wanted to create a space where girls in Toronto could come together and enjoy K-pop and fitness! Sometimes the gym can feel intimidating or isolating. This event is about making fitness social, fun, and supportive.
