Tickets are non-refundable and are valid only during your selected shopping time slot.
Please note that this is a ticketed event, and you will need a valid ticket to shop during the ticketed days.
To help create a better shopping experience, we sell a limited number of tickets for each time slot on Thursday and Friday.
Please be prepared for a potential lineup, especially Thursday morning. The first morning time slot is typically our busiest and sells out the fastest. While we limit ticket sales to help minimize wait times, guests attending the Thursday morning slot should be prepared for a wait of approximately 1 hour, give or take, before entering the venue.
