About this Event
Discover the unexpected beauty of creating art with your hands—no scissors, no experience, just paper and imagination. In this relaxing workshop, you'll learn the simple yet satisfying technique of tearing paper to craft your own 6x6 landscape artwork.
We'll explore how different types of paper tear in unique ways, tips for creating organic shapes and textures, and techniques for layering colors to build depth in your landscape. For this edition, we will be focusing on creating summer landscapes - real or imagined. Bring your favorite travel photo as a starting point, or find inspiration in one of our examples.
All materials are provided, including a variety of colored and textured papers, backing board, and adhesive. Sample pieces will be available for inspiration, and gentle guidance will be offered throughout. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to try something new, unwind creatively, or simply enjoy making something beautiful with their hands.
No artistic experience required—just bring your curiosity and leave with a finished piece you'll be proud to display.
