About this event
Sunday Strollers is aimed at making TRC even more inclusive and community-focused. It's designed to:
- Make TRC more accessible to beginners, older adults, and those new to movement.
- Offer a gentle pathway into running.
- Support mental wellbeing and social connection through relaxed, pressure-free activity.
- Expand our community engagement and grow the TRC family beyond runners.
- Help injured or returning runners stay connected.

Distance: 3 miles / 5K
What to Expect
This is a relaxed, chatty, social walk. After checking in at Tooting Athletics Track—where a bag drop will be available, you'll have a chance to meet fellow participants before we head to Tooting Common for a friendly group walk.

What is Tooting Run Club (TRC)?
Tooting Run Club (TRC) is a free community running programme for beginner and intermediate runners aged 18 and over. We are a UK Registered Charity (1213800) and our aim is to encourage more local people to get active by providing a safe and supportive environment to exercise. Training with us can help improve your fitness, enhance your running times, introduce you to new people, and support your overall well-being.
