Too Young to Feel This Old is a friendly, informal space for younger and working-age adults to come together for a cuppa, a chat, a laugh and some honest conversation with people who just get it.
Different conditions. Similar challenges.
But it’s about more than feeling less alone.
It’s also about exploring how we adapt when life doesn’t quite look the way we expected. When our ambitions haven’t changed, but our capacity has. When we’re trying to find a way of living that still feels like ours.
There are no easy answers, and nobody is here to tell you how to feel or what you should do.
Just real people, real conversations and an opportunity to explore another way forward, together.
