Text: Isaiah 43:2
When thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2
*THE PROMISE IN THE FIRE*
God did not promise that you will never pass through fire. He promised that when you pass through it, you will not burn.
Look at our cover. The fire is real. It roars left and right. The ground is burning. But in the middle of the fire, two men are walking — unhurt, untouched. Why? Because Jesus is walking with him.
*1. THE FIRE IS REAL*
Every believer will face fire — fire of sickness, fire of betrayal, fire of financial trouble, fire of family crisis. God does not hide that. He says _WHEN_ you pass, not _IF
*2. YOU WILL NOT WALK ALONE*
The greatest promise is not that the fire will go, but that HE will come into the fire with you. Just like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in Daniel 3 — the king saw FOUR men in the fire, and the fourth was like the Son of God.
When men leave you in your fire, Jesus enters it with you.
*3. THE FIRE CANNOT BURN WHAT GOD PROTECTS*
The flame can surround you but it cannot kindle upon you. Why? Because you are fireproof when you are in Christ. The same fire that destroys your enemies will refine you. It will burn off the ropes that tied you, but not your body.
Child of God, you are coming out of that fire. Not smelling of smoke. Not burned. But stronger, purer, and with a testimony.
*PRAYER:* Father, thank You because when I pass through fire, You are with me. I will not fear. I will walk through and come out victorious. In Jesus' name, Amen.
