Everyone in the public is invited to this FREE EVENT!➡️ 10:00am: Fun run or walk
⚫This will be a fun way to get some movement that everyone can do at their own pace. We will have a mapped out route around Jeffers Pond nearby (right across the street from TONE Fitness gym) and you can choose to do either a 2 mile or 4 mile loop.
⚫Use this time to get some steps in, catch up with friends/family, and enjoy the scenery!
➡️ 11:00am: Vendor Fair
⚫We hope to have the vendor booths set up outside in our parking lot! There will be some food, brews, and live music as you visit with vendors. If weather becomes an issue, then will be able to set up everything inside our gym facility. Have fun walking around to our vendor booths to learn about the local businesses that have been positively impacting our surrounding area through their passion with health, fitness, and wellness.
⚫You can find the non-exhaustive vendor list below! During this event, you will be able to connect with physical therapists, chiropractors, stretch professionals, recovery specialists, medical professionals who specialize in health/wellness, coaches, trainers, and fitness instructors!
⚫BONUS: Most vendors are giving away prizes, holding raffle drawings, providing complimentary tutorials and services, and letting you sign up for discounts on products and services. If you want guidance with your health, fitness, and wellness goals...this would be the best time to meet these rockstar professionals!
