Presented by Sure Thing AgencyAfter years of crossing paths on the road, two of Australia’s most compelling singer-songwriters are finally sharing a stage and Tamworth is the perfect place for it.
Tom Busby is one half of Busby Marou, one of Australia’s most enduring and decorated musical partnerships. Multiple ARIA Top 5 albums and APRA Songs of the Year, and two decades of shows that have taken them from the pubs of Central Queensland to stages across the country. In 2025, Tom stepped into the solo spotlight with ‘Rockhampton Hangover’ - recorded in Texas with US indie icon producer Ben Kweller and debuted at #1 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart. Raw, personal and unmistakably Australian, it’s the work of an artist who has absolutely nothing to prove and everything to say.
Brandon Dodd - performing as DINGO, has spent over a decade earning his reputation the hard way, building a loyal following one honest song at a time. A guitarist of serious calibre who has earned his place on some of Australia’s biggest stages, his real currency has always been his writing - story driven, heart felt songs with a guitar style that’s entirely his own. His sophomore album ‘Nightwire’ and a massive 2026 run opening for Adam Harvey, Busby Marou and Ian Moss & Troy Cassar-Daley have him arriving at Tamworth in the form of his life.
