About this Event
This 2hr Workshop is an introduction to the 10wk 'Understandingyour child from Toddler to Teen' group.
The workshop is designed to explore the changes that occur in the Teenager brain and how we can support and guide them through this stage.
We delve into how the baby brain development has shaped the foundation blocks for their future brain development, and what changes the Teenage brain goes through, and why sometimes they make risky decisions when with their peers.
We explore how we can respond to our Teenagers in ways which are both helpful for them and provides them with opportunities to learn to manage their big emotions, whilst strengthening the relationship we hold with them.
This workshop is a one off 2hr session running from 10am-12noon on 20th October 2026.
