Join us for the launch of our Together Through Dementia sessions, designed to support relatives, friends, and carers of people living with dementia.These monthly sessions provide a welcoming and supportive space where you can meet others who understand the challenges and emotions that can come with supporting a loved one living with dementia. Whether you'd like to share experiences, seek advice, ask questions, or simply enjoy a friendly conversation.

Following our launch event, the Together Through Dementia Sessions will take place on the first Thursday of every month, offering ongoing support, friendship and understanding for those affected by dementia.
