Seitan Gyros are on the menu for this installment of Dinner & A Songwriter! Fresh baked pita from Swiess bakery and Oklahoma grown produce will top Todd’s made from scratch seitan gyro slices. Each dish served with homemade coconut yogurt tzatziki and a satisfying pasta side dish. Guests will dine while hearing a “can’t miss” solo performance by PennyP of Labrys. Preorder your meals and or show tickets at the Venu Pilot link below. Music will start around 6:30 Arrive early, check in at the front door and get your favorite beverages from the Opolis bar.
