 Tartan & Taps 2026 – Official Dates Announced October 22–24, 2026
Downtown Hilton – Waco, Texas
We’re heading back to where it all started. Year 5 of TNT will be hosted at the Downtown Hilton in Waco — the same location as our inaugural event.
While we won’t be returning to last year’s venue due to sponsorship limitations, we’re excited about the incredible setup we have right here in Waco. The Downtown Hilton and adjacent convention space provide everything we need to deliver a top-tier public safety pipes & drums experience.
Even better? The host hotel is surrounded by some of the best bars and restaurants in the city — all within walking distance. And yes… we’ll be working hard to make pub crawls great again.
Room Rate: $149 per night
 Includes hotel breakfast
 Walking distance to downtown nightlife
 Attached convention space
Mark your calendars, book early, and get ready for another unforgettable weekend of music, camaraderie, and tradition.
