About This Event
Join us for a special evening at Van Vleck featuring Montclair’s own songwriter, theater creator, and performer Miranda Ferriss Jones, Tony Award-winning Broadway star Laura Benanti, and other exceptional Broadway talent in a performance of The Precipice.
Created by Ferriss Jones, The Precipice is a darkly enchanting original musical that explores sisterhood, identity, motherhood, and the struggle to hold onto the wildness and individuality within ourselves. Blending music, storytelling, humor, and theatricality, the work follows two sisters as they navigate the expectations placed upon them and the choices that shape who they become.
Presented in the intimate setting of Van Vleck’s Living Room, this special performance offers audiences the opportunity to experience an original work brought to life by extraordinary performers, including two remarkable artists from our own Montclair community.
