About this Event
What do three guys from WSU have in common? A love of bubbles—and a shared vision for Washington sparkling wine.
Meet Tirriddis, the winery that grew from that friendship, and join co-founder and general manager Andrew Gerow at Camas Cellars this Thursday. We’ll be pouring five sparkling wines, talking about what makes Washington bubbles special, and hearing the story behind the bottles.
Whether sparkling wine is your go-to or you’re curious to explore beyond your usual pour, come sip, ask questions, and find a new favorite. No special occasion required.

About Tirriddis
Based in Prosser, Washington, Tirriddis was founded by three friends from Washington State University’s Viticulture & Enology program: Andrew Gerow, Gabriel Crowell, and Matthew Doutney. Their shared passion for sparkling wine inspired a winery dedicated to making Washington bubbles using the traditional method.
Even the name tells the story: Tirriddis combines tirage, riddle, and disgorge—three key steps in the sparkling winemaking process. It’s a nod to the craft behind every bottle and the trio’s enthusiasm for sharing what Washington sparkling wine can be.
