From hitting the slopes to clearing the driveway, winter movement can easily lead to acute injury, joint strain, or frustratingly slow recovery times if your body isn't properly prepared.
This practical, hands-on workshop is designed to equip you with movement strategies, warm-up habits, and recovery tools so you can stay active, safe, and pain-free all season long.
