About this Event
For this workshop, artist will guide participants through a process of coming to know and learn from small, overlooked ecologies, from life in cracks and crevices, and in waste-spaces. In spaces around Food Routes and the edges of Burleigh Wood, participants will work in groups to learn how weedy ecologies offer a different conception of time, one where the ghosts of the past speak to us through the beings and objects in overlooked zones, offering new possibilities for grief and resistance. It is recommended to have the iNaturalist phone app downloaded (available on Apple and Android) ahead of the workshop.
Arrivals from 1:45pm for a 2:00 pm start, to leave from International House.
