OUR MISSION
Heart Health is for everyone.
Tiffany’s Heart Luncheon was created nine years ago with a simple but powerful purpose: to raise awareness, educate our community, and empower people to take charge of their Heart Health.
What began as an effort to increase awareness among women has grown into an annual community event bringing together women, men, families, healthcare professionals, community leaders, businesses, and organizations around one shared goal: helping people live longer, healthier lives.
While our message and mission are inclusive of all people and communities, Tiffany’s Heart Luncheon places a special focus on the African American community, where the burden of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, and health disparities remains significant. Through education, advocacy, prevention, and greater awareness, we are committed to helping close gaps in cardiovascular health and encouraging individuals and families to become proactive advocates for their health.
MORE THAN WEARING RED
Tiffany’s Heart Luncheon is about turning awareness into action. Together, we strive to:
- Educate our community about heart disease, stroke, risk factors, warning signs, and prevention.
- Empower individuals to prioritize their health and make informed decisions about their care.
- Encourage healthier lifestyles and communities that make healthy choices more accessible.
- Advocate for equitable access to quality healthcare, information, resources, and preventive services.
- Inspire families to make Heart Health a priority for this generation and the generations that follow.
NINE YEARS OF HEART, HEALTH & COMMUNITY
For nine years, Tiffany’s Heart Luncheon has provided a platform for meaningful conversations about cardiovascular health while connecting our community with information, resources, and one another.
But our work is not finished.
Heart disease and stroke continue to affect families throughout our community, and awareness alone is not enough. Prevention, early detection, healthy lifestyle choices, access to care, and knowing your personal risk can save lives.
That is why we continue to gather each year—to educate, advocate, inspire action, and remind our community that Heart Disease is not inevitable and prevention matters.
Whether this is your first Tiffany’s Heart Luncheon or you have been with us from the beginning, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of education, empowerment, fellowship, and fun—all in the name of healthier hearts.
❤️ WE CAN PREVENT HEART DISEASE TOGETHER.
Grab your boots. Add your buckles. Wear your red.
