Join us for a peaceful hour of meditation and reflection through the lens of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, guided by Geshe Thupten Dorjee. These weekly gatherings share Tibetan Buddhist philosophy through guided meditation, reflection, and practical wisdom for living with more clarity, compassion, and peace.
🕉 When: Every Sunday, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
✨ Before class: Come early for a donation-based Slow Flow Yoga class from 9:30–10:30 AM and enjoy a full morning of movement and mindfulness.
📍 Where: NWA Healing Hub (in-person) or online.
