Thursday Social is an evening for people who feel that wine is more than a drink. Guided by Roxana, owner and sommelier at Allmine, each gathering explores a new corner of the wine world — beginning with the vineyards of Southern California and, in time, reaching far beyond.
Every month brings natural, small-production wines chosen for their story, their character, and their sense of place. Each pour is paired with a thoughtful bite that complements the night’s journey, opening a window into how food and wine come alive together.
This is a class, but one that feels inviting. You’ll learn how to taste with intention, how to tell a Chardonnay from a Chenin Blanc, how to recognize if your palate leans dry or bright, and how to choose the right bottle for a meal with friends. Whether you’re new to wine or already a connoisseur, you’ll find something to deepen your knowledge.
Some evenings are led by Roxana, others bring in winemakers and guest sommeliers who share their own craft and perspective. Knowledge arrives in many forms — in the pour, in the pairing, in the stories shared across the table. You’ll leave with new insights, new tastes, and new connections.
