Join us every Thursday evening for our super slow & chill Yin Restorative practice.
Move gently, feel your body, open up space, release stress, and soften into BEING.
THIS CLASS is for all levels. Great for beginners.
We start with some gentle movements warming up the body. Then we slowly it WAY down! Holding, supporting, and offering space and time for muscles to soften, relax, and release.
Often, we over demand from the body. On Thursdays, we tune in and listen to what the body is asking of us.
We are happy to offer a sliding scale/ reduced price to anyone who may have a financial barrier. Please do not allow a lack of funds to keep you from wellness.
