In this session we'll look honestly at the psychology of high performance, why some stress is actually necessary (and how to tell the difference), and walk away with practical tools to regulate your nervous system and plan through the pressure, not around it.

Presenter Bio:
Christian Molina is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Socorro Counseling, a bilingual telehealth practice serving Texas. He specializes in anxiety, depression, and trauma — particularly with entrepreneurs, high achievers, and creatives who are far more comfortable performing than they are asking for help. A trained vocal performer turned therapist, he brings a background in both the psychology of high performance and what it actually costs to sustain it. He holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary's University and is a National Certified Counselor.
