For 75 minutes, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to do. Simply lie back as the sounds of gongs, Himalayan and crystal bowls, chimes and other beautiful instruments fill the Barn around you.
You may leave feeling lighter, calmer and clearer—or find yourself drifting into the deepest sleep when you get home. Every experience is personal, and you will receive exactly what you need from the evening.
