Together we will create a japa mala necklace of traditional holy wood and gemstones chosen to connect more deeply with the Throat Chakra. Learn the ancient art of mala making in the hand-knotted style and create a beautiful & intentional tool to find balance, alignment, chakra awareness, and deepen your meditation practice.

Participants will enjoy a deep dive on the Throat Chakra, knowledge and history of the japa mala as well as practical uses of this intentional tool.

All materials for this workshop are provided, just bring an open mind and willingness to slow down and be present.
