Join us for the final Thriving Weld Quarterly Meeting of 2026, where coalition members will learn more about each of the three Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) workgroups. Workgroups are based on the three priority health issues selected during the May Thriving Weld Meeting: healthcare access, mental health, and chronic diseases.
During this interactive meeting, attendees will:
- Learn more about each workgroup’s focus areas, goals, and strategies
- Identify additional resources and key stakeholders
- Provide feedback on strategic direction
A light breakfast will be provided.
