About this Event
Please join us for a medical and wellness panel, roundtable conversations and resource stations to learn more about navigating perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause and your midlife health decisions. The event aims to dismantle midlife health taboos and empower attendees through straightforward, evidence-based guidance and peer support.
Co-hosted by the Howard County Office on Aging and Independence, Howard County Commission for Women, the Women’s Giving Circle of Howard County, Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, and St John Baptist Church, the event is free and open to all.
