Thresholds: A Seasonal Practice for Holding Words
Writing to the Rhythm of the Seasonal Calendar
Join Women Writing for (a) Change in person at the beach for Thresholds, a unique seasonal writing experience focused around the four key seasonal shifts. We will explore the power of our words and presence at these different times of the year.
We will use the liminal spaces that open during the equinox (autumnal and vernal) and Solstice (winter and summer) windows as our inspiration to mark our time in the divine feminine season and gather and write in community.
Dates and times for these circles are as follows:
- Autumnal Equinox: Tuesday, 9.22.2026, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Winter Solstice: Monday, 12.21.2026, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Vernal Equinox: Saturday, 3.20.2027, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
- Summer Solstice: Monday, 6.21.2027, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Each circle invites you to slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful practices that help hold and honor the language of our experiences. Whether you're looking to connect, express, or simply be, this space welcomes all who seek a thoughtful pause in the rhythms of the seasons.
Class size is limited, please register early to ensure your spot.
Cost: One class is $30 or $100 for all 4 classes.
This circle is for any woman looking to restart or continue their writing practice. Activities will include reading, writing, reflective conversation, and deep listening.
Bring a notebook, an open mind, and your words.
