About this Event
THRESHOLD is a seasonal women’s day retreat for the woman standing at the edge of what’s next.
Created for women moving through transition, expansion, release, healing, and becoming, THRESHOLD offers space to pause at the turning points of the year, release what has run its course, listen for what is emerging, and consciously step into the season ahead.
Each gathering is designed around a specific seasonal theme and invites you into deeper reflection, embodiment, connection, and transformation.
Through guided breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system restoration, ritual, reflection, and intentional group work, THRESHOLD creates a space to meet the moment you are in and the woman you are becoming beyond it.
This is not about rushing toward the next version of yourself.
It is about making space to notice what has changed, what can no longer be held, what is asking to be reclaimed, and what you are ready to step into more fully.
No previous breathwork, meditation, or ceremony experience is needed.
THRESHOLD is led by Jennifer Henkle, Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master at Highest Source Healing, serving women throughout Orange County and Southern California.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each THRESHOLD day retreat is intentionally curated around the season and a central theme.
Your experience may include:
• Guided breathwork + somatic embodiment
• Nervous system restoration
• Reiki support
• Intentional ritual + ceremony
• Journaling + reflection
• Partner or group practices
• Emotional release + integration
• Meaningful connection within community
Some parts of the experience may feel quiet and reflective. Others may feel expressive, emotional, expansive, or deeply grounding.
You are always invited to move through the experience in a way that honors your own body and your own process.
THRESHOLD is designed to support more than the moment you are standing in.
It is space to integrate what is shifting, soften identities you may have outgrown, and step more fully into yourself.
Because the moments that change us most deserve to be met with intention.
THE THRESHOLD SERIES
Each day retreat meets a different season of becoming:
FALL | Full Moon Release - Oct 25
For the season where something can no longer be held.
WINTER | Embodiment - Jan 31
For honoring what has shifted and allowing it to fully root within you.
SPRING | Reclamation - April 11
For remembering the parts of yourself abandoned in order to survive.
Each event can be attended on its own. You do not need to attend the full series. This ticket is for one event only.
WHERE WE’LL GATHER
THRESHOLD takes place in a private studio in Orange, California.
The full address and arrival details will be provided to registered guests before the event.
WHAT TO BRING
• Wear something comfortable that you can easily breathe and move in.
• Bring a journal and water bottle.
• Try not to eat a heavy meal immediately before we begin.
• Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together.
Everything else you need will be provided.
Come as you are.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
This is space to meet yourself differently, listen for what is true now, and honor what is ready to shift.
