This community run/walk will raise critical awareness and funds to support both in- and out-patient treatment for individuals affected by heart disease, the leading cause of death in the nation.
The event will include a pre-race warm-up led by local fitness instructors and informational booths focused on heart health, nutrition, and wellness resources. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, casual walker, or participating in honor of a loved one, this event is your chance to take steps toward a healthier heart.
**This family-friendly event is open to all ages, paces, and fitness levels.** The route will be clearly marked and staffed with volunteers to ensure safety and accessibility for all.
