On November 29, the guys from Those Penny Pinchers are coming to V11 to present their brand-new album!
For those who aren’t familiar with them yet: Those Penny Pinchers is a seven-piece acoustic hillbilly-punk band that draws inspiration from everything ranging from old Appalachian melodies to modern “fastgrass.” Expect up-tempo banjos, dark guitar riffs, and energetic bass lines, complemented by captivating fiddle sounds and a lightning-fast mandolin.
With their debut album *An Ode To A Rounder*, they waste no time. Starting with the opener “Song Bird,” eight songs come at you in just twenty minutes. It’s wonderfully straightforward and refreshingly unpretentious; with every listen, a new favorite seems to emerge.” – Robert, VERA
Don’t miss this, an evening full of up-tempo hillbilly-punk straight out of Rotterdam!
