In this multi-artist textile exhibition, This Must be the Place, artists Kristy Bishop, Devann Donovan, and Amanda Foshag use the weight of memory and materiality to explore the responsibility that comes with handling the past, both through nostalgia and environmentalism. Through the use of weaving, sculpture, and other tactile forms of 3D art this exhibit comments on not only the remnants of the past, but takes a peek into a more thoughtful, long-lasting path for the future.
