About this Event
"This Is the Way: A Guide to Healing" is a very simple, very kind guide to healing. It also has a lot of very fun illustrations. The author, David Sauvage, who lives in the Hudson Valley, will read it to you while you immerse yourself in the imagery. Then we'll discuss whatever comes up. Wherever you are on your healing journey, this evening will help you feel seen. Expect a cozy vibe and that lovely feeling you had as a child when someone read a book to you.
