About this Event
This is my body is a powerful storytelling experience designed for women of color to reclaim their narratives, amplify their voices, and own their truths. Over the past few months, the cohort has crafted original performance pieces through writing and performance workshops, centering the theme of "body". The showcase is a culmination of their hard work, vulnerability, and bravery as they take the stage to share personal stories about identity, healing, strength, and survival.
Whether this is your first this is my body showcase or your eighth, we invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening that celebrates women of color as they transform silence into power and reclaim the narratives of their lives.
Tickets sell out most years, so buy in advance. Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door day of.
