We’re swapping our usual riverside route for the trails! This Thirsty Thursday 5K takes us up Hemei Mountain 和美山 for a fun evening of running, walking, and socializing.🏃 Start & Finish: The Shack 野菇屋 Pizza

🚀 Run / Walk Starts: 19:00
As always, Thirsty Thursday 5K is a FREE social running and walking event. It’s all about getting outside, staying active, meeting people, and enjoying a relaxed evening together.
After the run, stick around at The Shack for cold craft beer, non-alcoholic drinks, great food, snacks, and plenty of socializing.
🏆 A little extra motivation:
The first male and first female runner back will each receive a FREE drink, and the first walker back can also choose a free beverage!
🎁 We’ll also have some lucky draw prizes up for grabs.
👟 Regular running or training shoes should be sufficient for the route.
🔦 A headlamp or flashlight is mandatory. Some sections of the trail have no lighting, so please make sure you bring one.
Come explore Hemei Mountain, get a little sweaty, and enjoy a Thursday evening with the community! 🌿🏃🍺
👉 Please register by the day before the event. This helps us plan accordingly and provide everyone with a better experience.

最先回到終點的男子跑者及女子跑者，各可獲得一杯免費飲品；另外，第一位完成路線的健走參加者也可以免費選擇一杯飲品！

🔦 頭燈或手電筒為必備裝備！ 山徑部分路段沒有照明，請務必自行準備。
