IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE NOTE:
As the Bella Centre is a Community Custody Unit operated by the Scottish Prisons Service, there are some additional security measures in place compared to our usual forums.
Please read the following carefully before attending in order to ensure smooth entry to the premises.
Please bring photographic ID with you – If you do not bring this you will not be granted entry.
You will not be able to bring phones, laptops or electronic vapes through security. There are a limited amount of lockers at reception that you will be able to leave these in. Please bring as little as possible with you to streamline entry.
If you are driving to the venue, I would recommend leaving your phone and electronics in your car in order to keep lockers available for those who need them. If you are using one of the lockers, please consider sharing a locker with someone else from your organisation.
You will be required to pass through a metal detector on your way in to the facility.
We will open doors at 12:30pm. Please arrive early where possible to ensure we get everyone in and seated on time for the commencement of the meeting at 1pm.
