The Elephant Discovery Center will once again host a variety of educational and entertaining events that are free and open to all ages, on the 'Third Saturday' of each month through December 2026. Events will include storytelling, enrichment and craft-making, as well as the opportunity to meet The Sanctuary’s dedicated elephant Vet and Care Staff to gain insight into the daily care routines and behind-the-scenes operations at The Elephant Sanctuary. Join us on December 19th at 11 a.m. at The Discovery Center in downtown Hohenwald to make a recycled EleCraft, holiday edition! We will be creating a Christmas ornament with upcycled materials.
This event is free and perfect for the whole family—folks of all ages can take part.
When: December 19 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST
Where: The Elephant Discovery Center, 27 East Main Street, Hohenwald, TN 38462
