**Please note that pre-registration is required to attend.**Attention artists and budding artists ages 6-18! On Friday, September 18, art and the insect world collide when renowned nature artist Suzanne Stryk brings her passion for the natural world through two fun, hands-on workshops that explore the amazing world of insects through special drawing techniques taught by the master, herself!
During the "Think Small" art workshops, Suzanne will demonstrate how to make a quick sketch, followed by a detailed study, and suggest to participants ways to take notes to enhance observations. Additionally, the use of stereoscopes during the workshop will give participants an up-close look at the miniature world of insects in a way that allows students to see this tiny world even more clearly!
REGISTRATION
The workshop fee is just $10 per participant, which covers all materials. Workshops are offered based on age range. The workshop for ages 6-11 is from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and the workshop for ages 12-18 is from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Space is limited for both sessions. Registration will end when all available spots are reserved or September 15, whichever comes first. Be sure to register before it's too late!
