Individual healing. Group energy. An affordable way to receive. Our fortnightly ThetaHealing Circle is an opportunity to take an hour out for yourself, settle into a supportive space and receive individual healing while experiencing the beautiful collective energy of the group.
During the circle, we’ll begin by grounding and setting an intention before moving into the theta state — a deeply relaxed brainwave state associated with meditation, intuition and subconscious awareness.
Then, one by one, each person in the circle will receive individual ThetaHealing, while the rest of the group relaxes, receives and holds the space together.
ThetaHealing works with the subconscious and may help you explore beliefs, patterns and emotions that you're ready to shift, while opening to new possibilities and perspectives.
You don't need to know what needs healing before you arrive. You might have something specific you'd like to focus on, or you can simply come with the intention to receive whatever support feels right for you.
What to expect:
✨ Grounding and intention setting
✨ Guided relaxation into the theta state
✨ Individual Theta Healing for every participant
✨ The added experience of collective group energy
✨ Time to gently integrate before heading back into your day
These circles were created to make energy healing more accessible for people who may not be in a position to regularly book 1:1 sessions, or who simply love the experience of healing in community.
Fortnightly Tuesdays
Limited to 12 people
No previous experience with ThetaHealing or energy healing is needed.
