I’m turning 50 years of U2 into a multi-course feast.
On September 26, I’m hosting Theo’s U2 Feast: 50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition in Abbotsford, BC — an immersive evening pairing food with the songs, stories, imagery and spiritual journey of U2.
I’ve been creating dishes inspired by U2 songs for years, but for the 50th anniversary I’ve gone back into the kitchen and added brand-new dishes, bonus tracks and a few surprises specifically for this edition.
Think Achtung Baby reinvention, The Joshua Tree longing, Pop experimentation, All That You Can’t Leave Behind grace — translated into food.
And yes, there will be Ultraviolet. 😎
This isn't a tribute-band night or simply a U2-themed dinner. It’s an attempt to taste the music — exploring the longing, faith, doubt, justice, beauty and grace that have run through U2’s songs for five decades.
