Theatre@CUE Presents Jane Austin's "Persuasion"

Jane Austen’s Persuasion follows Anne Elliot, a woman who deeply regrets breaking off her engagement to a poor naval officer due to pressure from her snobbish family.  8 years later, Wentworth returns, now a wealthy and respected naval captain forcing them to navigate lingering feelings and social hurdles for a second chance at love. Katherine Koller’s new adaptation of Persuasion will premiere here at CUE this November.
