SACRED PAUSE.Breathe ~ Slowdown ~ Be Present.
A gentle journey into stillness, mindful breathing and creating space within.
Are you giving your body enough time to recover, restore and recharge between your fitness sessions?
Are you ready to slow down, release tension and give your body the recovery time it deserves?
What would you love to explore, release or reconnect with in your own wellbeing journey?
The Zen Room is a gentle 60-minute meditation and wellness experience created to give you space to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and nurture your mind, body and energy.
Each week, we will explore a different wellness and meditation theme, allowing you to experience a new journey, practice and focus each session.
A different theme. A different journey. A sacred space for YOU.
Each 4 x session may include:
✨ A gentle stretch & guided meditation journeys.
🌸 Australian Bush Flower Essence rituals.
🧘♀️ Seated relaxation & laying conscious breathing.
💜 Energy awareness and self-connection.
🌙 Practical wellness techniques to use at home.

The sessions are also a beautiful complement to your fitness or movement program.
