: 🌸 Introducing The Young Ladies Club at Central Gwinnett High School
Hello Parents and Families,
We are excited to announce that Frienderly Care Inc. is launching The Young Ladies Club at Central Gwinnett High School! 💕
The Young Ladies Club is a 5-week enrichment, etiquette, and leadership program for girls ages 7–16 designed to help young ladies develop confidence, character, self-respect, communication skills, and leadership.

We want our girls to understand that being a young lady is about much more than appearance. It is about how you carry yourself, how you treat others, the standards you set for yourself, and having the confidence to stand up for yourself.
Throughout the five weeks, we will explore:
🌸 Confidence & Self-Worth — knowing your value and not depending on attention or approval from others.
👑 Carrying Yourself Like a Young Lady — poise, appropriate behavior, presentation, language, manners, and respecting yourself and others.
💕 Self-Respect & Healthy Boundaries — understanding personal boundaries, avoiding pressure to grow up too quickly, and making choices that protect your dignity and future.
🗣️ Speaking Up for Yourself — learning how to confidently say “no,” communicate boundaries, handle peer pressure, and speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
🤝 Friendships & Relationships — recognizing healthy versus unhealthy friendships, choosing positive influences, and understanding that you never have to compromise your values to fit in.
🍽️ Etiquette & Dining Skills — practicing proper manners and learning how to conduct yourself in different social settings.
👗 Presentation & Poise — understanding how to dress and present yourself appropriately for different occasions while developing your own confidence and style.
👑 Leadership & Sisterhood — encouraging other girls, handling disagreements respectfully, developing leadership skills, and learning the importance of supporting one another.
Our goal is for every participant to finish the program understanding:
“I know my worth. I have standards. I can be kind and still have boundaries. I can stand up for myself. I do not have to follow the crowd. I can carry myself with confidence and respect.”
🎓 The program will conclude with a special graduation celebration recognizing the growth and accomplishments of our Young Ladies.
