Whether you're a leader, culture champion, facilitator, or change consultant, this training will give you the tools and confidence to run your own Workplace Rituals Workshops using the WRD (Workplace Rituals Deck).

Led by co-creator, Lorissa Garcia, this is a hands-on learning experience rooted in emotional culture, intentional design, and purposeful leadership.

Lorissa (founder of Assembly Culture) and Lotty Roberts (founder of MiND.U) met through their shared work in emotional culture, leadership, and change - and quickly became friends as well as collaborators.

• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for this workshop.
• However, you may send someone else in your place to this workshop if you cannot attend for any reason.
• You must notify the host that you will not attend the workshop and the name of the person that will attend in your spot.
• If you cannot attend the workshop and have purchased a deck we will send that to you along with the digital toolkit.
• If the Workshop Host cancels this workshop, you will be transferred to the next available workshop. You can contact the Workshop host for a refund if you cannot attend the revised workshop date.
