This Menopause Awareness Week, join us for The Women’s Health Edit, a relaxed and engaging lunchtime event dedicated to all things women’s health.
Hosted by Adult Literacy for Life Mayo, Sligo & Leitrim, this special health literacy event highlights the importance of having clear, accessible and easy-to-understand health information, empowering women to make informed decisions about their wellbeing at every stage of life.
Led by female health expert and pharmacist Nicola Ryan, this live talk will cover everything from menopause and hormonal health to everyday wellbeing, health myths, medical information, and more. No holds barred, no awkward questions, and no topic off the table!
