As women we get very good at juggling it all, keeping things moving and making sure everyone else is okay, and somewhere amongst all of that, we can very easily forget about ourselves.
Our own health, wellbeing and the things that make us feel good get pushed further and further down the list, usually with the promise that we’ll get around to them when life gets a little less busy.
