THE WITCHING WAKE
A Pre-Samhain Boat Ride on Lake Thoreau
Meet us on the water for a whimsical evening of magic, mystery, and a little witchy mischief as we float around Lake Thoreau beneath the October sky.
With Samhain approaching and the veil growing thin, we’ll honor our ancestors, gather for a magical lakeside ceremony, and create a spell of our own. Along the way, we’ll explore the ancient seasonal traditions hidden beneath many of our modern-day Halloween customs—and debunk a few myths while we’re at it.
Expect storytelling, ceremony, spellwork, laughter, and plenty of enchantment as we celebrate the turning of the Wheel and the arrival of the witchiest season.
No broomstick—or previous magical experience—required. Just bring your curiosity, your sense of wonder, and perhaps a cozy layer for the October air.
