Women - Join us for a morning of intentional connection, light movement, grounding breathwork, guided meditation & making your own tea blend to take home.
Often times, women are overextended and overwhelmed but still show up day in and day out for everyone in their life. More often than not, reciprocity is not felt. This is a safe space to share without judgment, to know you're not alone and to be seen, heard, and held in loving community.
