The one who no longer needs to be who everyone else expects her to be.
The quiet voice that has been there all along.
She isn’t a better version of you.
She isn’t a future version of you.
She is you.
The woman who has lived, learned, changed, let go, endured, chosen, loved, and begun again.
But how often do we stop long enough to see her?
Together, we’ll explore her through guided meditation, journaling, intentional conversation, and creative play.
Using a photograph of yourself as your starting point, we’ll play with paint, color, collage, and imagery to create a visual expression of your own wisdom, strength, and power.
And if you’re thinking, I’m not an artist… I don’t know where to start… what if I mess it up?
That’s the point. This isn’t about getting it right.
It’s about play. Experimentation. Curiosity.
And practicing a different way of seeing yourself with a little less judgment and a little more wonder. No artistic experience necessary
