About this Event
The midlife transition is a major one for women, usually fraught with many challenges. Most women struggle through it alone: without the support of other women navigating the same issues, and without the emotional, spiritual, somatic, and energetic support that would allow us to harness the power and wisdom that is made available to us during this major life transition.
Women’s circle offers a safe space for women to connect with other women and feel seen, validated, held, and understood. Circle offers a space of belonging and connection, a space where we can be vulnerable and real without fear of judgment. Circle is a space of deep alchemy and transformation, offering a safe, trauma-informed space for healing and transformation.
The Six-Week Experience Includes:
- 6 Women's Circles (two hours each) - connection, sharing, somatic energy healing, and practical guidance
- 1 Individual 1:1 Somatic Bodywork session with Karallyn
- A Journal for tracking your experience
- Resources and handouts
- 1 Spa Service at Miori Luxury Spa
- Fruit, chocolate, and tea provided
